Weed, collect seed, remove invasive plants, teach preschoolers and their teachers about native plants and let them help us maintain the garden. There is a big clean up in spring and maintenance before school starts. We do some spraying of buffalo grass. The kids delight in playing with the flowers and learn respect for the insects and bees.
